Nah, only joking. On your Wonderlands page if you hover your mouse about the place, you'll find that you can edit pretty much any of the sections just by clicking the 'edit' button at the side. One of the sections or boxes opens up to give you a few fields that you can fill in: Title (put in anything you want here), URL here you must put in your rss feed address (I took the liberty of checking yours, it is: http://rflong.livejournal.com/data/rss ). After that, just click on 'save'.
Finally, if you hover the mouse over the top of the box, you should be able to move the box to wherever you want on your page.
