Haven't done a lot lately, but my current genre interest is scifi / fantasy. I love the extended works from writers like Donaldson, Eddings, Hubbard (his humor is fantastic), et al. I am doing NANOWRIMO for the 2nd time this year (starting tomorrow... stress, stress!) and would love to actually get through the 50K in words with even the hint of a rough draft. The biggest thing right now is that I am out of practice and need to just get back into it and try my hand at some short stories and such, get the creative juices flowing, read some more (I haven't been reading nearly enough over the last couple of years due to my work... not making time for it, etc.) So to jump back into it, I am getting online with a few different websites and trying to immerse myself in it again!
