By the way, I have ALL the Moody Blues music. I grew up with them, The Beatles and The Carpenters. But I do have to say that The Beatles is my fave.

You're going to be in Dallas July 21st? I live next to Dallas. AND... my birthday is July 21st. That's cool. Maybe if we can both manage it, we could meet at a restaurant or something. The first weekend in October will find me in crispy Canberra at Conflux 5. I'm chairing a panel (shakes in boots) on Rewriting - the real art of a good story, and hoping to attend a few. Also going to the Dream Magick workshop on Monday arvo. For once I'm not cutting my trip short and disappearing before the closing ceremony.

I'm halfway between Maryborough and Gympie in an area best described as 'bush'. It has its perks though, like no neighbors for kilometers away and the close proximity to nature. I just wish that Telstra would finally upgrade the phones so we could finally get ADSL. :(
