Haven't written a great many bad guys - villains are often not evil, just opposed to the main characters for whatever reason.
There was one evil villain who within the space of the prologue had changed completely and gone from pure evil to a trag...
I don't call it Whale of Time for nothing. Greed got the better of story telling in my view - it went on far too long with far too little happening. Started out decent but should have been wrapped up many books earlier.
Too many blog sites? Nevah!
Well, actually, I have to forcibly limit the number of sites I visit and the number of times a day I do so otherwise I never get any writing done.
I know my personal blog doesn't get a whole heap of traffic, but I'm n...
Still working out all the details, but there is a structured, limited form of magic in my world. It isn't high magic, with powerful wizards throwing around massive spells, but more limited and subtle. While it can be used to kill people with some ...

About Me:
I am a writer who still harbours delusions of being an author some day, having been scribling ever since I can remember. Enjoys world building, the creating of histories, of myths and legends and all that goes with it. In the world of my works, that has been built, demolished and rebuilt over twenty years, tehre are stories ranging from the oral myths of stone age cultures, the heroic cycles of bronze age champions, all the way through to the age of sail and gunpowder, where magic and minotaurs, goblins and dragons mingle with muskets and cannons and the great ships of the line.
